Type: Railway Infrastructure
Role: Alignment review, 3D corridor modeling with Civil 3D & SAC, shop drawings, quantity take-offs, InfraWorks visualization, and automated Excel sheets for progress reporting.
Key Contribution: Delivered accurate corridor models and automated reporting systems, improving design coordination and reducing manual effort.

🛣️ Balana–Kalabsha Road Efficiency

Type: Road Project
Role: Took over the project after execution had started, conducted a full re-quantification based on as-built works, recalculated remaining quantities, and prepared updated BOQs. Developed periodic reports to track progress and assisted in preparing interim payment certificates.
Key Contribution: Streamlined project control by aligning actual executed works with updated quantities and progress reports, ensuring accurate monitoring and smoother payment cycles.

🌊 Desert Land Reclamation for Agriculture — Toshka Project

Type: Large-Scale Infrastructure / Irrigation
Role: Prepared shop drawings, IR logs, and managed owner & subcontractor payment certificates. Developed comprehensive quantity sheets and periodic progress reports, tracking subcontractor works by item and time. Coordinated with site and survey teams to extract and validate survey data. Worked across multiple phases in Zone R and Zone S covering canals, networks, and service roads. In Zone S supported rehabilitation of an existing canal and its integration with a new canal.
Key Contribution: Established structured reporting and BOQ systems that improved transparency, ensured effective tracking of deliveries, and supported smooth coordination across diverse infrastructure works.
